The 26th Jeonju International Film Festival opens today (April 30) at 6:30 p.m. at the Moak Hall of the Sori Arts Center of Jeollabuk-do, featuring 224 films from 57 countries over ten days.

Actors Kim Shin-rok and Seo Hyun-woo will host the opening ceremony, and the opening film is Continental '25.

Directed by Romanian filmmaker Radu Jude, Continental '25 is a new release shot entirely on a smartphone.

Actors Song Ji-hyo, Yoo Da-in, and Jin Seon-kyu are among the many domestic and international guests walking the red carpet and greeting audiences.

The festival runs from April 30 to May 9 throughout Jeonju, serving as a vibrant gathering for filmmakers and film enthusiasts from around the world.
