Korean thriller 'Noise', made with a ₩3.5 billion ($2.5M) budget, has drawn 870,000 viewers by its third week, and is expected to surpass the break-even point of 1 million admissions this weekend.

Though it opened with just 20,000 viewers on day one, daily numbers climbed to 40,000–50,000 in the following weeks.
The film held its No. 2 box office position, overtaking Hollywood titles like F1: The Movie, Jurassic World: New Era, and Superman.
Its success is attributed to viral marketing, the relatable theme of apartment noise, and strong performances by a young cast.
Noise stands out as a rare box office success among mid-budget Korean films during a sluggish domestic market.
