The film “The Man Living with the King” has surpassed 11 million viewers just 33 days after its release, becoming the 34th movie in Korean box office history to reach the 10-million mark.

According to the Korean Film Council’s integrated ticketing system, the film attracted 1,725,769 viewers nationwide from March 6 to 8, topping the weekend box office.

Its pace in reaching 11 million viewers is faster than “Exhuma”, “12.12: The Day” and “Masquerade” matching the speed of “The Roundup: Punishment.”

Despite entering its fifth week in theaters, it maintained strong momentum with about 1.72 million viewers over the weekend.

With its reservation rate exceeding 50%, attention is now focused on whether the film can surpass the 13-million mark.
