Shopping Concierge

Shopping Concierge Service is a personalized shopper service, where we provide Changi Shopping Experience of Stress-Free retail right before flight. From perfumes and liquor, to fashion and gifts, our team of experts will tailor a shopping journey to every customer’s need.

With current flight restriction, Shopping Concierge has expanded their services into online platform such as WhatsApp, Wechat, and Watti.

Job Deion:

- Attend to live chats/call/ video call and any shopping enquiries

- Provide end-to-end shopping experience

- Keep updated on ongoing promotion and airport updates

- Liaise and arrange for customer deliveries

- Assist customer on Shopping Tour Experience (on weekends)

- Maintain grooming & customer service standards

- Strong knowledge in retail to upsell and cross-sell products



Requirements:

a. Minimum one (1) year of related experience within the retail, hospitality, or travel industry (with a large hospitality chain or luxury brand is preferred).

b. Speaks clearly and articulately, high level of active listening, able to get clarifications and responds well to questions.

c. Fluent in spoken and written English is a must, with proficiency in one other foreign language such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, etc.

d. Well-travelled, both domestically and internationally is preferred.

e. Familiar with the luxury market, either professionally or through personal experience.

f. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrates high attention to details.

g. Respects business ethics and integrity, impeccable professionalism.

h. Quick thinker and demonstrates experience with being resourceful.

i. Effective contributor who can work closely with fellow team members and external stakeholders, showing collaborative spirit, and a strong ability to multi-task.

j. Good interpersonal skills to maintain partnership with tenant operators and frontline staff.

k. Proficient computing skills to access online collaborative tools (such as Google Sheets) and use Microsoft Word/PowerPoint for basic administrative tasks.



Work Hours inclusive of meal breaks:

- 0800 - 1730 (morning shift)

- 1230 - 2200 (afternoon shift)



4 days’ work, 2 days off. (MMAAOO)











Salary:

Training Requirements:

2 days Training in office: 9AM-6PM

- 1st day: Introduction to Changi Airport, Introduction to P-serv, Introduction to Shopping Concierge and customer service.

- 2nd day: Grooming training, Live chats training (understand the app and the chats flow, case scenario study), Ground familiarization

1-day OJT: AM shift 8AM-5.30PM, PM shift 12.30PM-10PM

- 3rd day: (AM SHIFT) on ground training in full uniform and grooming, will be attached to the mentors to understand the ground knowledge and familiarization with the terminal 1 and 3

**중요: 11월 15일 부터 한국-싱가폴 양국간 트라블 버블 체결이 되어서 격리 없이 출입국이 가능해졌습니다.
