1) CEAs are expected and required to assist passengers with their queries, questions and any problems or issues that they may be facing in Singapore Changi Airport
2) CEAs will also be doing covering duties; which is more a proactive role that require CEAs to be the first one to approach and assist passengers who are need of help. Such passengers can be identified from their body language or facial expressions that are really in need of help and faced difficulties finding the right avenue to seek for assistance

   ㆍ학력 : 무관 (싱가포르 취업비자 발급에 이상없는 자)

- 근 무 조 건 : 계약직(무기계약직)-10개월 (2023년 3월까지 계약 후, 연장 가능)

- 근 무 요 일 / 시간 : 4일 근무 / 2일 휴무 (스케줄근무)

- 모 집 인 원 : 2명
