Job Description:

As a receptionist, welcome and help visitors with friendly attitude, and take care of general affairs to improve office environment. Also as a part of HR team, this employee will be required to conduct administrative tasks for employee events, activities, or any relevant projects.

- Greet/help clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. (긍정적이고 도움이 되는 태도로 고객과 방문객 맞이)

- Dealing with phone calls, couriers and mail (전화, 배달원 및 우편물 처리)

- Keep reception area clean and help the public office spaces/equipment to be well-maintained

(접수 구역을 청결하게 유지하고 공공 사무실 공간/장비를 잘 유지하게 관리)

- Manage office supplies such as stocks, orders, etc. (재고, 주문 등 사무용품 관리)

- Support talent manager for administrative duties (arranging employee activities/events, payment handling for vendors, etc.)

(행정업무 인재관리자 지원(직원 알선) 활동/업무, 공급업체에 대한 지불 처리 등)

- Collaborate with Human Resources team for ad-hoc duties or project (임시 업무 또는 프로젝트를 위해 인사팀과의 협업)

 

 

• Requirements:

- Experience: 1 year professional experience in Retail preferred (경력 : 소매업에서 1년 동안 전문적인 경험을 쌓은 사람)

- Education: 4-year university graduate (학력 : 4년제 대학 졸업자)

- Skill: Multi-tasking, Communication Skill, Basic PC skill, Basic English skill preferred

(스킬 : 멀티태스킹, 커뮤니케이션스킬, 기본 PC스킬, 기본영어 스킬 선호)

- Personality: Friendly, Organized, Responsible (성격 : 친절하고, 조직적이고, 책임감 있는 성격)

 

- 근 무 조 건 : 9개월 파견 계약직(산휴대체)

- 근 무 요 일 / 시 간 : 주 5일 

- 급 여 조 건 : 회사 내규에 따름(경력별 협의)
