-모집분야:

-근무지: 인천 중구 공항로 272 인천공항 제1여객터미널 싱가포르항공사(운서동)

-담당업무:

• Ensure smooth and safe ground operations which comply with policies/guidelines set out by the Company and Airport Authorities of Singapore and South Korea.
• Uphold high standards of customer service delivery on the ground, based on set guidelines.
• Provide personalized service and assistance to our premium passengers at various touchpoints of the airport.
• Investigate and resolve passenger complaints.
• Perform backroom duties such as monitoring flights and liaising with traffic and cargo colleagues.
• Liaise with other stations or Head Office in Singapore for delays and special handling.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by the Company.

-자격요건:

• Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Customer-oriented personality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• IT proficiency.
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties, including overnight, weekends & public holidays.
• Work experience in the airline/travel industry or customer services, with knowledge of airline tariffs and ticketing will be an added advantage.
