Airport Operation Agent
Busan International Airport / Busan, Korea

STARLUX Airlines is a newly established full-service airline based in Taiwan, committed to delivering high-quality service as we expand our global network. We are currently seeking an Airport Operation Agent to support our operations at Busan International Airport as part of our international growth. Please review the responsibilities and qualifications below to determine if this opportunity aligns with your career goals.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and monitor on-site situation and performance, including but not limited to check-in, boarding, lost luggage handling related work.

2. Conduct training/audit programs in line with Company policies.

3. Handle irregularities and complaints occurring from handling process.

4. Report non-compliances and suggest corrective methods.

5. Manage and control operation resources.

6. Review and analyze station operation costs.

7. Ensure sufficient and adequate on-site staffing.

8. Assist with station’s general affairs and administration duties.

9. Achieve Company goals and collaborate seamlessly with team.

10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Strong multitasking and communication skills.

2. Be able to work under stress and keep calm when emergencies and unexpected situations occur.

3. Be meticulous and attentive to details.

4. Be responsive with strong problem-solving skills.

5. Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

6. Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and days off.

7. Be flexible to work additional hours when required by operational needs.

8. Be able to travel to other work locations or cities as necessary to support operations.

9. Possess the legal right to work in Korea.

Preferred

1. Possess airside/landside working knowledge and is familiar with operational systems of Amadeus Altea Suite: CM, FM, ARD Web and WorldTracer, etc.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. (Word/Excel/Power Point… etc.)

Education
Bachelor’s degree and above.

Work Experience

1. Minimum of two years in the aviation industry is a plus.

2. Experience in airport passenger or ground handling is a plus.

Language Requirements

1. Good command of English, the local official language and local dialect.

2. Basic Chinese communication is a plus.

Licenses and Certification

1. Relevant licenses and aviation certification are beneficial such as Dangerous Goods and SMS.

2. TOEIC score of 650 or above (or equivalent level in another recognized international English Proficiency Tests) are beneficial.

· 체크인, 탑승 수속, 수하물 분실 처리 등 공항 현장 전반의 상황 및 업무 수행 현황을 감독·관리

자격요건
· 멀티태스킹 능력과 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자
· 비상 상황 및 예기치 못한 상황에서도 침착하게 대응하며 스트레스 환경에서 근무 가능한 자
· 세밀하고 꼼꼼하며 디테일에 강한 성향
· 신속한 대응력과 우수한 문제 해결 능력 보유자
· 독립적으로 업무 수행 가능하며 팀 환경에서도 원활히 근무 가능한 자
· 야간, 주말, 공휴일, 휴무일을 포함한 교대 근무 가능자
· 운영상 필요 시 추가 근무가 가능한 유연한 근무 태도
· 업무 지원을 위해 타 근무지 또는 타 지역 출장 가능자
· 대한민국 내 합법적인 취업 자격 보유자

 

우대사항
· 공항 Airside / Landside 업무에 대한 이해도가 있으며,
· Amadeus Altea Suite(CM, FM, ARD Web, WorldTracer 등) 운영 시스템에 익숙한 자
· Microsoft Office 프로그램(Word, Excel, PowerPoint 등) 활용 능숙자

 

경력
· 항공 산업 분야 2년 이상 경력자 우대
· 공항 여객 서비스 또는 지상 조업 관련 경력자 우대

 

어학능력
· 영어, 한국어에 대한 원활한 의사소통 능력
· 기본적인 중국어 의사소통 가능자 우대

 

자격증
· Dangerous Goods, SMS 등 관련 항공 자격증 보유자 우대
· TOEIC 650점 이상 또는 이에 상응하는 공인 영어 능력 시험 성적 보유자 우대
