Cargo Operation Specialist
Busan International Airport / Busan, Korea

STARLUX Airlines is a newly established full-service airline based in Taiwan, committed to delivering high-quality service as we expand our global network. We are currently seeking a Cargo Operation Specialist to support our operations at Busan International Airport as part of our international growth. Please review the responsibilities and qualifications below to determine if this opportunity aligns with your career goals.

 

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for export/import airline operation.

2. Coordinate with relevant internal/external parties (e.g. Head office, Port Authorities, CAA, etc.).

3. Manage ULD and accessories stock control.

4. Perform cargo operation duties.

5. Handle cargo irregularities and deal with customer complaints.

6. Assist with other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

1. Have excellent multitasking, communication and coordination skills.

2. Be responsive with strong problem-solving skills and is a team player.

3. Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and days off.

4. Be flexible to work additional hours and rotating shifts on short notice when required.

5. Possess the legal right to work in Korea.

 

Preferred

1. Experience in the local market, air cargo sales or cargo export/import operation.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Driving License: Competent Driving License (CDL).

 

Education
Bachelor’s degree and above.

 

Work Experience
Minimum two years’ experience in the air cargo industry is a plus.

 

Language Requirements

1. Good command of English, the local official language and local dialect.

2. Basic Chinese communication is a plus.

 

Licenses and Certification
TOEIC score of 650 or above (or equivalent level in another recognized international English Proficiency Tests) are beneficial.

담당업무

· 수출·수입 항공 화물 운영 전반 담당
· 본사, 항만 당국, 항공 당국(CAA) 등 내·외부 유관 기관과의 업무 협조 및 조율
· ULD 및 관련 장비 재고 관리
· 화물 운영 관련 실무 수행
· 화물 이상 상황 처리 및 고객 불만 대응
· 기타 회사에서 지정하는 관련 업무 지원

 

자격요건

· 멀티태스킹 능력과 커뮤니케이션 및 업무 조율 능력
· 신속한 대응력과 문제 해결 능력을 갖춘 팀 플레이어
· 야간, 주말, 공휴일, 휴무일을 포함한 교대 근무 가능자
· 단기간 통보에도 추가 근무 및 교대 근무가 가능한 유연한 근무 태도
· 대한민국 내 합법적인 취업 자격 보유자

 

우대사항

· 국내 시장 경험 또는 항공 화물 영업, 수출입 화물 운영 경력
· Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 활용 능숙자
· 운전면허 소지자

 

경력

· 항공 화물 산업 분야 2년 이상 경력자 우대

 

어학능력

· 영어, 한국어에 대한 원활한 의사소통 능력
· 기본적인 중국어 의사소통 가능자 우대

 

자격증

· TOEIC 650점 이상 또는 이에 상응하는 공인 영어 능력 시험 성적 보유자 우대
